Fees

St Edmund Campion School and Nursery is approved by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) as a provider of Early Years education. Pupils are therefore eligible to receive their free entitlement under the Early Education Funding Scheme.

Universal 15 Hours Entitlement
Every 3-year-old child is entitled to 15 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks per year, starting from the term following their third birthday.

The free hours begin the term after the child turns 3:

Extended 30 Hours Entitlement
Some working families may be eligible for 30 hours of funded childcare per week for 38 weeks per year.

To access this entitlement, parents must:

• Check eligibility and apply online
• Obtain a 30-hour eligibility code
• Provide the code to the school
• Complete and sign a Parent Declaration Form

Please note that this fee structure is dependent on the RBWM Early Education Funding Scheme. The school therefore reserves the right to review the fee list each term.

Lunch Meals

Parents may choose to purchase a school lunch for their child at a cost of £2.90 per meal.

This price is currently under review and will increase from September 2026.

Lunches must be booked and paid for via the Arbor Parent App.

Parents may alternatively provide a packed lunch.

Termly Fees

Fees vary depending on:

• Number of sessions booked
• Funded hours received (15 or 30 hours)
• Number of school days in each term

The school reserves the right to review fees each term in line with changes to the RBWM Early Education Funding Scheme.

Session Times and Fees (Where Funding Does Not Apply)

Termly costs for fewer than five full days will depend on the specific days booked.

Snack

A healthy snack is provided during each session, cost: £0.50 per session.
