Welcome to the PTFA page! As parents/carers of children at St Edmund Campion School and Nursery you are automatically members of the school PTA. Please don’t let that scare you, we are a friendly bunch!
We have regular meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at 5pm in the school staffroom and welcome everyone. Please consider coming along.
We do understand that this time is not convenient for everyone but that you may want to support in other ways. Please keep an eye out for requests for volunteers in the school newsletter as in order for events to run; we do need your help.
Regular events include: Easter egg hunt, camping (on the school field) night and ‘break the rules’ day in addition to the School/Parish Christmas and Summer Fayres. . If you have any ideas for events, please let us know by emailing ecpta@st-edmund.org.uk
We aim to raise in the region of £10,000 per year and in the past this money has been spent on ‘extras’ for the school such as: the pirate ship in the reception playground; play equipment in the ingfant and junior playgrounds; classroom allowances; the annual pantomime; whiteboards; and of course maintaining the school swimming pool which the children love so much.
Becoming an active member of the PTFA or a volunteer at events is a great way of supporting our wonderful school so please get involved!
