Wednesday 13th December 2017
Dear Parents and Children,
Second Sunday of Advent: To be prepared for the coming of Jesus by being sorry for what we have done wrong and by forgiving others.
Words of the Week
Year 2: possibility; Year 3:aghast; Year 4: fulfilment; Year 5:infectious; Year 6: frenzied.
Do you like snow? What have you done because of the weather? Has this weather changed anything e.g travel, clothing choices?
What have you liked about the snow?
What does peace mean?
Where do we see instructions?
Do you know the history of snowmen? Look it up on the internet and discuss it with your family.
Why is it important to believe in yourself?
‘Be kind wherever possible. It is always possible.’ What can we learn from this quote from the Dalia Lama?
