Wednesday 14th June 2017
Dear Parents and Children,
Through this time of Mission,
We pray that you will guide us in your ways.
Help us to find Your Spirit in our hearts,
Show kindness to one another and to
Follow in the footsteps of Jesus your son.
Pour out Your Spirit of love on our School,
on our Parish and on our homes.
Lord Guide us. Amen
Words of the Week
Year 2:dreadful; Year 3:frolic; Year 4:riot; Year 5:outburst; Year 6:mortified.
Well done to our most active Sumdog students last week who were: Marcel Arora, Lennon Lam, Ciara Warner, Lena Dlugolecka and Abigail Wheeler.
As part of our Mission Week we have talked about the joy in our heart from Jesus’ love. How can we share this joy with others?
What types of food are healthy for you?
How is God’s spirit in your heart?
What did you learn from the G14 summit?
What is your favourite poem and why?
During one of our Mission assemblies, we saw thought provoking images whilst listening to the song ‘Where is the Love?’ How can we demonstrate love to those around us?
What can we learn from the Aboriginal traditions and beliefs?

Can you find out if your company has a Match Giving policy. This means that when we fund raise in any way, your company will donate some money towards it. We are able to do this because the PTA is a charity. Their charity number is 1107829. Relatives can be included in this also.
PTA Treasurer Required
We are looking for a treasurer for November. You would be required to attend most monthly meetings to give your report. Please let Kelly Phelan know if you are interested on 07950325026.
PTA funding is very important to us. We are currently creating a spiritual garden; this would not be possible without PTA funds.
