SATs Results 2016

The Governing body is required by the Education Reform Act 1988 to publish the School’s National Curriculum Statutory Assessment Results.

In primary school, such assessments are made and tests are taken at age 6/ 7 (year 2) – Key Stage 1 and at age 10/11 (year 6) – Key Stage 2.

These results relate to pupils attaining 100 scaled score. The combined scores means that a pupil must have gained 100 scaled score in both reading and maths and have met the expected standard in writing.

Comparison of 2015 and 2016
It is difficult to compare the results from 2015 to 2016.  In 2015 the results were published as levels whilst in 2016 they are recorded as a scale score.  We have tried to make a comparison in the following way.
